"I was disappointed that my monthly rate. Had gone up $22.00 for the month. I called and he explained why. I still was disappointed but he did such a nice job if explaining and listening to why I had called that I was fine. I also told him I had finish my drivers education course and he asked me to send it to him and he would take care of the drivers course discount. It was a pleasant conversation. Afte several weeks i received a letter saying my insurance was going to be raised again. At that point I felt it was time for to make an appointment with Noah and go into his office for a better understanding of my car and home owners insurance. That was when I realized how important it was to talk face to face and get all of my questions answered. After the visit I feel I have a friend I can call on to answer my questions and feel my home and car is in good hands. Thank you State Farm."

"Ever since Matt Coffee left got stuck dealing with people that can't be grown up excepting responsibility by spinning their mistakes !! Canceling my policy then stating a lapse when wks Pryor I paid my policy almost 400 dollars on !! They recognized their screw up and instead of reinstating my insurance they ask me for 400 dollars more 😆 after paying 400 weeks prior felt extorted considering me and my family did almost 10k per yr with their agent Matt Coffey !! A Month later I was called that they can reinstate my insurance !! I had insurance same coverage for 500 per yr cheaper !! So Garrett said denying their insurance a month later refusing to fix the state issue showing a lapse 25-85 dollars !! Thank God wasn't my homeowners policy they were stressing me out over by putting the spins !! Soo me and family moved on with our 10k with wanna be State Farm rep's !!"

"I just got my insurance with State Farm and Chris is an amazing agent! Answered me super fast and added all my needs to the insurance! I definitely recommend him! Unfortunately my price changed after a week I got a deal with them. And the price changed a lot almost 130 dollars more then the price I paid the first time. So I had to find another insurance company and I had to pay twice the new one and the old one which gave a big headache, it’s the end of the year and I spent more than 400 dollars in insurance. Even after all have been signed and agreed from both parts the price changed"
