"Mr. Dudek, I have contacted your office several times and asked to speak with you, I’m told you’re not available each time. If you truly care about your customers, you will call me directly instead of the generic reply here. Due to the misinformation I was given by Sierra about my homeowners insurance policy, it has caused an immense amount of confusion, frustration and loss of time for me. Screenshots below with both claim numbers; I called and spoke to the auto claims adjuster who can’t communicate with the homeowners insurance department. I called and spoke to the homeowners insurance claims adjuster who can’t communicate with the auto claims department. State Farm has determined my 12 year-old is at fault for this incident and has referred me to a subrogation firm. They told me I have to pay them $5000 by Friday or I’ll be sued. Definitely don’t get what you pay for with State Farm. You’ll be just another insurance payment to this agent. Do yourself a favor and run to any other insurance provider. (I am a customer of the location in Woodstock) Definitely don’t get what you pay for"

"My wife and I have had an almost laughable experience with this agency. They have cancelled an incorrect car from our auto policy, added my son to our policy and charged us when we were just pricing a quote (of which we are waiting to hear if the underwriter will agree to refund us), and after being offered a few hundred dollars to replace our roof after a hail storm, where finally able to prove to them the damage was legit and had it replaced. In every instance they've somehow found ways to communicate that we have been responsible for their errors. I'm not sure if State Farm is the issue or this specific agency."
